I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!
Pros: We have been using it every day for three years, everything is fine. For fun, even tea was brewed in it - it also turns out delicious. Comfortable, quiet, easy to use. Reliable. Has cons: If we really find fault, then sometimes a couple of droplets leak, and the volume could be more, only enough for two at a time.
