I bought 2 ceiling fans for our house. The ceiling fans are very nice and look very modern. The supplied remotes were very buggy. Sometimes it worked, and most of the time it didn't respond at all. I contacted customer service and my question about replacing the remote control/receiver was not answered. It could be a bad receiver that came with devices but no working remotes. These fans are useless! You cannot turn them on or off. I may have received 2 faulty devices but this is not recommended. I've requested a replacement so I can see if I get better results.
