I can't get Monster to answer the warranty call
These are great headphones! However, both of my kids broke theirs in the same spot (head end) and the monster doesn't go to their phones to cover the warranty. I'm not sure if they're broke or what, but nobody answers the phone. I had a friend who used the warranty before and had no issues, but that was about a year ago. She now has the same problem, no one answers the phone.
