Review on Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton by Chad Black

The firm has very experienced attorneys in all of its areas that are extremely knowledgeable about corporate law as well as transactional work for both private companies/individuals who wish to start-up businesses (as opposed to already established ones). I would say this is my least favorite thing about CGSH - it takes time! And they do not move quickly enough when you need them. There's no question we've been able to get through some difficult times at great speed because of how much experience these guys bring to bear.
