I've had these true wireless headphones for four months now and I think they're great headphones. The sound is very good, with crisp highs and bass that are perfect to my ears (not overwhelming, but present). The battery life is excellent. I use them two to three hours a day and put them back in their case. I can do this for ten or more days before I have to retry the case. They fit well and stay in my ears without having to fiddle with them. The noise-cancellation is pretty good, but since it's not active noise-cancellation, I can only give it four stars due to some external sound getting through when listening at low volumes. I had a problem and contacted Urok customer service. They responded the same day I contacted them and resolved my issue very quickly.
