The high refresh rate of 165 Hz was tested on a single monitor, which is good for action gamers. In the photos, the 27-inch INNOCN gaming monitor is mounted to the left of the 32-inch 4K curved monitor that I use as my main monitor. In a comparison image of the Louisiana Iris on both screens, INNOCN's color accuracy appears to be better than the much more expensive 4K major brand monitor on the right. I need to run Data Color Xpress on both to see if the inexpensive INNOCN has a claimed 99% RGB accuracy. (and recalibrate the other monitor!) BTW, I noticed that when I made INNOCN the second monitor, the max refresh rate dropped to 120Hz. I'm running both monitors with the same GeForce RTX 3090 card, I don't know if the result will be different when using two separate graphics cards. Anyway, my primary monitor only runs at 60Hz, but at a much higher 4K resolution that's better suited to my main application, photo editing. One final note: the image of the rear of the INNOCN monitor shows (included) the stands that screwed into the 75mm VESA mount needed to attach the monitor to the mount.
