Review on Westinghouse 0311000 15 Watt Replaces Location by Sohini Ledesma

I have a spotlight for the back yard, front yard and over the garage. I needed something bright that didn't take 2-3 minutes to warm up and would last almost forever. Since these are street lights, I needed something close to the 100 watt equivalent for my front door and lamp above my garage. They are activated by movement and contribute to safety at the front and rear. So I needed something that would light up quickly and brightly. The CFLs they replaced took 2-3 minutes to fully brighten and dim, so my cameras didn't get a good picture. They glow full and bright when activated. They are suitable for outdoor use (be sure to test this) and are good for indoor lighting when you need them in the kitchen or indoor lighting when you need a VERY bright light. I got started with Westinghouse when I started replacing the exterior lighting. A light is on above the garage at night and I've noticed that my electric bill has gone down. They're cheaper than the first ones I bought a few years ago but still high quality and very bright. If there's a lag at full brightness then I didn't notice it. At best (if any) it's a second or two. Advantages: very bright, very good energy saving, fast switching on. Cons: Not much more expensive than CFL.
