Although the side pockets only fit a thin water bottle, I'm happy with the rest of the bag's capacity. The front pocket can accommodate a variety of items (e.g. comb, hand sanitizer, mask, etc.). As someone who packs a lot, I can fit all the extra school supplies and the lunch box I insist on. There is also a laptop sleeve that fits my Chromebook. The straps and fabric make the bag comfortable to carry all day long. The only downside is that the bag does pick up dog hair, but I also have six dogs that shed a lot, so take that with a grain of salt. Overall a great bag!
