I am very glad that I tried this pillow. In my free years I had considerable neck pain and headaches. I sleep on my back and on my side. I've tried all the expensive feather pillows, even the train pillow. The traction pad was ok but still put pressure on the back of my head which I didn't like and still gave me a headache. With this pillow, my morning pains are greatly reduced to the point where they are negligible. I don't have any trouble pasting, so I'll leave it at that. However, please read the instructions before washing! The insert must NOT be washed. My husband likes it too so I will order it for him. He has shoulder pain so I suggested him to try it because it allows him to sleep at night. It seems to help. I use it every night and recently took it on vacation too. Very very very worth the money for us.
