It's so big I have no idea what kind of shoes people wear for running or other sports. Maybe boots or some kind of wide shoes, but not your usual shoes. I couldn't do what I thought I could do. I went to Walmart and bought their ankle brand Ace Sleeve for $2.99. So far, so good. I can wear and walk in all shoes with it. They also work with the development team to improve the product. They weren't supposed to offer a refund and they did. This is great customer service and they clearly care about their product.
