This is some sticky stuff and it works quite well.4 stars as it is almost too sticky! I have tried many types of kinesio tape -wow!Even with the measures listed below taken, I had some trouble with my skin.If your skin is sensitive to adhesives, Bard wipes can help.They are sometimes available on Revain. Occasionally, one must to go a medical supply site/store to find them.Along with Bard wipes you can usually find adhesive remover wipes as a suggested sale.Those will also spare your skin if it tends to tear up like mine does.
