A larger fan was expected; I didn't read the entire post on product sizes. Yes, this fan works, although it only has a slow speed. The package does not include a wall adapter, it is a small fan with USB control. If you decide to order this and expect a regular plug; At the very least, make sure you have a wall adapter handy if needed, and remember that the product dimensions are around 3 inches.
