I love the Arlo line of products. I have security cameras in my salon, my home security and now this is an addition to my door. I like how it captures motion at specific points in time. The Q security camera doesn't let you choose whether it's a person, a squirrel or a car, so it detects everything. I want the Q camera to do this. I'm not a techie in general, but tech support helped me figure out some technical things step by step. I did some thorough research and found Arlo to be an amazing line of products. Clarity, visibility, access to your phone or computer wherever you are - it's super cool! I've had packages stolen so I really have peace of mind now that I can see what's going on and record a video of people trying to steal. Oh, and yes, you need to set WiFi to 2.4, not 5 (I had to call Xfinity to have them change it). Otherwise I have no complaints. * Unless we need more ARLO STICKERS in the packs.
