The best thing about this software is that it allows you to manage your staff easily by allowing us to give access to employees who require same day or next day pick up from home. It also has an option to view the information of current employee's location in real time which makes managing easier for our field agents, since we don't have to constantly call them. Also, because the app can be accessed via any web browser, it is easy to update or make changes to the system at anytime. I think the only downside for this software is that sometimes it doesn't work as fast as you would like it to. We use it for tracking and managing our field agents. For example, if we need to make sure that they are not missing appointments or taking too long to complete routes.
