I use this product daily with Skype for Business via USB connection to my PC (Surface Pro 4) and my iPhone via Bluetooth - both work well on their own myself. But there's a problem: when I'm in a Skype for Business call and my phone rings, my voice is muted until I reject the Bluetooth call, because two devices are trying to use the phone at the same time - it would be nice , if I would have something on the speaker. ignore other requests during use. Speaker quality is very good and full duplex - volume is excellent too with controls on the unit to increase or decrease. I have a MS version optimized for Skype for Business, others in my office have 510 (not optimized) but we can't tell the difference between the two devices. I'd probably buy the 510 and not the 510 MS if I can't tell the difference, but the Bluetooth conflict is annoying.
