Review on Maxxair 00A04401K Smoke Roof Top MaxxFan: Enhance Ventilation with Easy Mounting Tabs by Joshua Pilla

I liked the fan, but there are several problems. The first fan we got had blades that wobbled and cracked at any speed. We sent it back. The second fan has the same oscillation but no noise. Now the noise has returned. We are part-time Overlanders and have settled into our van. My husband adjusted the fan a bit and the friction noise is minimal but still there. And we didn't have a remote, and we don't need it. For the price this is a good deal. Bottom line, it works like a wind tunnel and keeps the van cool/comfortable even in the hottest of weather conditions. Shade is a must for using these fans. Doesn't replace AC power but will certainly add time without installing our window block and using our generator. Work on the Maxxair wobble!
