It just WORKS. fits internal TV tuner and capture cards
Works right out of the box. HDMI to USB to computer. VLC used = works. With Windows Movie Maker = works. Any USB input on video = works. I recorded Hi8 video from a Sony camera onto MagnaVox VHS/DVD and output it to the PC via HDMI. Both DVD and MP4 created from Hi8 playback. Excellent results! Happy with the purchase!
