Review on Norty Women'S Stylish & Waterproof Hurricane Rain Boots - Mid-Calf Length by Trey Samuels

I am returning this product for two reasons:1) I arrived in New Orleans for a Sorority Convention on Wednesday, July 10. The streets were flooded and I was scheduled to be there until Sunday, July 14. I ordered the boots the day I arrived as I was sure I would need them based on the forecast. The boots were to be delivered to the hotel where I was staying in New Orleans; however, the Convention was canceled due to Tropical Storm Barry. I notified the front desk that I had a package being delivered on June 11, but that I would be checking out on that same day. The concierge provided me with his email address and stated that I could forward him my Best Buy return label and he would make sure the package was returned. When I arrived back in Houston, my mother notified me that a package was delivered to my home address. I had no idea what it could have been because I had not ordered anything and had it shipped to my home address. I asked her to open the package, and it was the boots, which again, were supposed to be delivered to the hotel. I thought I'd made a mistake with the shipping address and inadvertently had them shipped to my house; however, when I printed the return label, it showed the pickup location as the hotel's address. This is not a major issue because I left New Orleans anyway, but had I stayed, it would have been an issue because the boots would have been in Houston vs. New Orleans - which is where I needed them to be when I ordered them.In addition to the issues with the shipping address issue, the boots are way too big. I followed the size guide and ordered a size 9. The boots are HUGE!On the bright side, they are very nice and will likely order them in a smaller size. (It rains in Houston, too!) :)
