If the outer sphere is missing, the LED light still works well.
A bulb for 1 filament is still missing, although the LED is still on. It's not broken in the box either, just missing. I'm not sure how weird it would look without the outdoor lamp that once hung on my house. I haven't opened the other 5 boxes yet because I can't find the clips to hang the lamps.
