Review on KidKraft Wooden Children Bulletin Cabinets – Perfect for Organizing Kid's Furniture by Brett Jarvis

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Confused by the "Too Small " reviews, perfect for a 5 and 7!

Confused by all the bad reviews, very happy with this table! We are building a virtual machine this year and need a work station for kids ages 7 and 5 (2nd grade and up), we bought 2 of them. After reading the reviews I was very skeptical of this working for a 7 year old, knew it would work for a 5 year old so I put it together with the idea that we could bring another one back. Great fit, my only point in all the bad reviews is that a hefty side baby probably won't fit well in a table hole, I feel like it's made for a medium sized baby. My daughter is 7 1/2, she is second tallest in her class, she is athletically built, she has enough room to grow, she doesn't bend at all at her desk. Per Min. This table will work for another year. My husband put it together in less than an hour, even with the help of each child. One thing he did, and I definitely recommend using wood glue, the extra reinforcement seems handy. Suitable for a 5 year old but he loves it and not so big that it's uncomfortable. Has plenty of storage space, although the side handles are cabinets, not drawers. I only gave 4 stars because I think the price for a small press table is a bit high, but I wasn't ready to spend a lot of money for a real wood table. A decent solution for what we need right now. The photos show a comparison to one of these toddler/preschool children's tables and chairs (brand not sure).
