Headphones offer poor noise cancellation. However, it does a pretty good job. I first used them at work listening to podcasts while endlessly working on Excel spreadsheets. I still hear enough office jargon to run my office when I listen to criminal justice programs. They work pretty well for chatting about junk over my Xbox One. Fits my adult earlobes pretty well. There's a switch to mute the microphone so no one can hear you when you're talking nonsense. Headphones connect to my phone or Xbox. The sound is pretty good.
