Review on πŸ”² Enhanced MAXLINER 2nd Row Floor Mats in Black for 2007-2014 Tahoe/Suburban, Yukon/Denali, and XL Models by Owoeye Reed

The biggest design flaw is the poor customer service

I really wanted these rugs to be a five star product. After watching their videos, reading reviews, and paying the premium price, I realized that these rugs are worth the investment. I've had them for a few months and am disappointed that they don't fit as expected (to my 2014 GMC Yukon XL). The front row mats fit well and protect the bottom of my Yukon perfectly. There are fitting problems with the second and third row floor mats. (See attached photos - same photos I sent to Maxliner upon request.) The floor mats do not fully cover the floor on either side of the car. All carpets are completely open on both the driver's and the passenger's side (second and third row). This is a high traffic area and a problem. I contacted Maxliner to ensure I did not receive a defective set of floor mats and after several emails and calls (over two months) I found out that this mat is also used on Chrysler Town and Country and the correspondence is not accurate since it is intended for different vehicles. Maxliner said I could return it to the online retailer, but due to a long wait / no response from Maxliner to my request, the return window is closed. I explained this to Maxliner and all they said was "sorry". I'm sure they make floor mats to fit different cars, but be aware this is not always the case. After calling Maxliner customer service and asking for help, I was asked to send photos showing the problem. I never got a reply from them. I continued with emails and calls but to no avail. This is unacceptable for a company selling car mats at this price point. I have to buy another set of Weathertech rugs to get the job done, which means more money out of my pocket.
