I usually wear a size 7 1/2 or 8 depending on the shoes. I mainly wanted them for running so I ordered 8. Sat just right. strange. They were very tight around my upper mid/front but the heel was too loose, especially on one side. (I tend to have issues with my narrow heels slipping off my shoes.) Also, the heels felt too low, like they would slip off over time, if at all. The velcro didn't have enough room to adjust to keep them from slipping off my heels, it just tightened the middle of the shoe a lot which was already tight enough. I always wear socks with my sneakers and it seemed like they get pretty hot in them in the summer as the material of the shoe feels very sock-like and stretchy/tight. Arch support to the point where I didn't even try my Superfeet insoles because they felt so weird on my feet. I feel like this would make it worse as if they were squeezing the tops of my legs and adding more arch would only make the feeling worse. While the color of the blush was really pretty, I'm disappointed that it just doesn't go together.
