Sound quality is pretty good for $13 headphones (don't expect them to be the same as $30 headphones) , but they are definitely doing their job more than they did. If you're looking for super crystal clear, high quality sound, these aren't for you.) However, these headphones outperformed even my previously more expensive headphones, which I don't expect. For some reason they never get tangled in my bag even if all my previous headphones have tangled. I think that's because both earbuds have magnets on the back. In general I am very happy with them.
