Of the two neck fans I received, this one is much more adjustable. The arms are movable and the fans can be rotated. This allows you to blow the air as you wish. However, this also makes the arms very long and tends to shift with movement. This made the other neck fan I received more desirable in my opinion. My 8 year old loved this one. The battery seems to last a very long time (haven't recharged it yet) and it charges via USB-C which is nice. The noise level is the same as another fan I tried, but to be honest it was louder than I thought it would be. It seems that a traditional fan would be less noisy to run the same CFM. I understand they used a blower to remove the hair, but I think someone using this should be aware of this issue anyway. Don't give it full stars due to the size, susceptibility to movement and noise level higher than expected. I'm still looking for a neck fan that will blow air down the neck and keep it cool where it's hanging!
