I was concerned about ordering these masks because they are made in China. My sister works in the medical field and she told me that all surgical masks are made there. We foolishly outsourced a vital product. However, I can tell you that these masks are well made and I feel confident wearing them. They smell bad at first, so before I wear them I air them out by simply leaving them on the dresser for a couple of hours. My sister also confirmed that the masks her hospital distributes also smell at first.
