I am relatively short. 5 feet 0 inches and about 125 pounds. The medicine was the smallest they had when I bought it and it fits snug enough to keep me awake. If you had skinny arms, I would definitely get smaller. Although I'm not sure if the phone will fit. I have an iPhone X and the straight edges of the phone definitely stick out a bit on either side of my hand. The grip points on the inside of the sleeve are very effective. I've worn it for runs and bike rides and haven't had to fiddle with it or put it on during workouts. The fabric is smooth, stretches well and appears to be sewn well, not everything is full of holes as if the threads are saved. The headphone hole is definitely not for an iPhone. This is where the top of the phone should be off-center. I don't know what phone this hole is for. If you have Bluetooth headphones, it really doesn't matter. There's a handy flip cover on top to keep your phone secure, but it's not so deep that you have to struggle to get your phone out. Of course, you can't change anything on the phone without removing it from the case, but it should be easy to spot from the promotional photo. For some reason that didn't cross my mind when I bought it, and I think I'd rather have one with a window. But this one does what it says on the tin and works better than I expected when it comes to staying in place and not overheating.
