Noxzema has discontinued the item I'm using so I've tried it and so far it seems like a good alternative. I use it for dermaplaning and also to remove the coarser hairs that grow back so I use it every 2-3 days. Because of this, the blade dulls fairly quickly. That's the only thing I would have wished for differently. It would be better to use it longer. Replacement blades would also be nicer and more environmentally friendly than replacing the entire unit about once or twice a week. The battery is still strong, but the wand is useless if the blades become dull.
