I bought it and returned it. Not having it installed, all I can say is that the instructions are poorly printed and physically difficult to read. I wasn't sure what to do with some parts. I checked their website for information, specifically how much clearance is required since part of the kayak is over my garage door. Nothing - just the size of the shipping box. Other companies have videos on YouTube that help with installation, but I couldn't find any. I didn't want to install it and then found the kayak didn't fit so I sent it back. It seems well built.
