Review on Better Sense Hoola Hoop Adults Sports & Fitness by Mike Phillips

I've been thinking about getting a hula hoop so I can mindlessly exercise while I watch TV. But they are inconvenient to store. I don't have many places to effectively store a giant plastic circle. Enter is a commodity. Detachable parts sold me out because I could now have a hula hoop without figuring out where I would store it for the rest of its life. I've had this tire for a couple of weeks when I wrote this review. I can't claim to have lost any weight or inches because it was added to my routine (because I haven't gotten on the scale and measured myself in at least 6 months). However, since purchasing it, I have increased my stamina and ability to keep the hoop moving. It becomes easier to hold the hoop for longer while maintaining a strong core. Oh, and I do NOT have any bruises. These foam pieces are very soft; I feel no discomfort from swinging the hoop for 30 minutes at a time. (Major advantage). I want to be in shape but without the obligation to leave the house and hit the gym. If you are reading this and are anything like me then you will love this tire. I can still watch my evening TV show and spin the hoop in my pajamas.
