Review on Smarketing Cloud by Carlos Reyes

The ability to target your audience, run campaigns that are targeted towards specific audiences or segments of an ad group as well as being able to track who has viewed it makes this tool very powerful! I dislike how difficult it can be to get reports from certain features in order to understand what our customers like about us and where they would benefit most by interacting with our brand.

So far we have not found anything else out there quite so comprehensive but if you do please let me know because i'm sure others may use it too!! We are using SMARKETING CLOUD extensively across all channels (Facebook, Instagram etc) to drive traffic back into website pages through remarketings which helps reduce bounce rate / conversion rates.
