BOSE customer service is terrible

I started buying a Bose Soundlink system about 8 months ago. I chose Bose because of their reputation. What mistake. They changed their app system so my sound system is already outdated. I was trying to build my system and was having a very difficult time identifying suitable Bose speakers. This was intentionally vague. I thought I had all the parts but one of the soundbars didn't work. I know this because half the geek squad tried to fix why it wouldn't connect to the app. Now, after several unsuccessful attempts to contact Bose, I am very angry with Bose. Do yourself a favor and choose Sonos. I wish I had.
