I don't know why some people say it's not great.
I was concerned by reviews like "not enough water to wash head" or "mist too fine to wet upper body" and "water too cold". . None of that happened. It's true that the water falls differently than our "rain shower" shower head. Instead of falling out of the showerhead in jets, the water gushes out of small jets and then falls more like rain, which is my favorite feeling). The water is plentiful and perfectly warm. We also have a wand, and it's more powerful. Being able to raise and lower the shower head is good as I'm not tall. I couldn't find anything on the system. I love it.
