I thought it was a little bigger, like the handbag my grandma carried for decades. But no, it hangs slightly off my shoulder, but I can slide in anything I need (except a book). It doesn't have internal credit card slots, but I've never used them in my purse and prefer to keep my wallet with me. It offers enough space for sunglasses, wallet, coin purse, pen and foldable bag. I prefer this wallet to other sizes because the side pockets close with a magnet. I like to put my phone in the side pocket and feel it close tightly.
