Health Plan Insight is an okay tool that provides good information
I like how it makes you think about your insurance coverage, what costs are covered for me etc! It's easy to use but can be confusing at times if not familiar with all aspects or nuances in health care law/insurance laws.
You have limited options when trying to find out where things stand regarding my healthcare needs as well as other members (employees) within this plan - so far we haven't been able to get answers from them via phone call which seems odd given they claim to offer 24 hour service support? The program itself has helped us understand some specifics pertaining to medical expenses vs premiums paid into employee group plans.
Pros
- We've used their software quite often over last 2 years since our HR department switched platforms recently and love that there is an online version available now too instead having hard copies sent through mail.also appreciate ease accessing data remotely while working remote locations away form home office base
