Ive never seen anything worse! A terrible purchase.

I tried to get in touch with someone who could assist me, but no one has responded to my inquiry. I believe the best way to solve this issue is to invest in something that is somewhat pricey.

Pros

chair was delivered promptly.

Cons

The chair arrived missing its screws, and now I either have to go through the agonizing process of contacting customer assistance or return it; it's a nightmare.

Some pros: For the price, I'm happy with everything. Has some cons Plugs on the bolts must be fastened with glue or thrown out nafig. I burned one hole in the upholstery with a cigarette so as not to tear it apart)
