This hydrator is worth every penny! I'm so glad I read the reviews, did my research and decided to buy THIS product. This item really does the job! I have done several 6 mile hikes since purchase and the product is a real delight! The bladder keeps my water ice cold (with ice) in an insulated pouch, the bite works great as the water flows freely, the bladder is easy to fill with water and the flip top cap is great. The package has not expired! A note: if you want the water to flow out of the bite piece, pull the whole piece up and THEN rotate it in the direction of the arrow, otherwise the water won't come out easily or at all! It would be nice to have instructions for the bite piece, that would save me some of the frustration of figuring it out. The only other suggestion for this product would be a hole in the top of the insulating bag to allow the tube and snack to go straight through for easy access.
