They work fine for me. My glasses are so big and heavy that my nose was dented and sore. The pads help with this. Also, now my glasses don't slide with the pads anymore, which was also annoying. Be sure to wash your glasses. I used a cloth with some rubbing alcohol to remove the grease after washing and then applied the pads. They hold up very well and look very neat on my blue plastic frames.
