Bracket misaligned on dipstick

I chose this dipstick because I bought a 6 liter Summit Racing oil pan and the Summit app recommended this model Has. The dipstick mounted bracket that connects to the distributor bolt sticks out 3 inches higher when installed so had to be modified for a snug fit. So Revain is not to blame for this bad buy. This is Summit Racing.
