The Bosch OEM part on my e65/e66 (BMW 2006 750Li) lasted just under 150,000 to get the dexterity needed to unhook the hoses from the barbs (I guess BMW assumes everyone has small hands). The new part fits perfectly and works perfectly. This fixes the issue of not having heat with the car. It took maybe 20 minutes to put it back in (it took some effort to put one of the clamps back on the hose). I've had mixed success with aftermarket parts (for some things like VANOS solenoids you just have to use factory parts) but would have no hesitation in recommending this. $38 for something you might end up paying $120 for indie or $200 at the dealer is great value.
