I have purchased higher quality vacuum bags from Dollar Tree! There are no English instructions but there are pictures and based on my previous similar purchases I knew how to do it and used a Shark vacuum to vacuum. Of the 3 shorter bags, 2 started decompressing as soon as I tried to hang them in the closet and are now lying on the bed in this bedroom; I think by morning they will be completely depressurized - I heard air leaking. The hanger doesn't seem to match the design of the bags well, there are hooks on each side of the attached hanger, but 2 women's down vests seem larger than these bags can hold. And I don't understand the reference to heat? No, I would not recommend these bags as they are very cheaply made and do not serve their intended purpose at all for me.
