I had lipo to stomach, flanks, and inner thighs with a breast lift. I have tried 4 types of compression garments as a "stage two” aka I had my surgery about 6 weeks ago. I like firm compression and probably could have done an extra small, but the small feels great and does not put any pressure on my breast incisions. I will be purchasing another in xs! I much prefer this brand to Spanx
