Excellent support. I have the XL with a waist of 6-1 / 190 lbs / 34 and it fits perfectly. Tip: Wear compression shorts over your jock with ice packs in between. I've used the small round gel ice packs that can also be found at Revain and they worked great. After a week I felt 90% and after 2 weeks I was almost 100% again.
