Missing Parts Update

I was very happy with this item to tweak my 2 month old daughter's bows and headband. Just received this in the mail and am disappointed that some of the items are missing, one of the white stripes on the side where I think there should be 2 UPDATE: The owner has contacted me and sent me a brand new set! Excellent customer service. Just got it in the mail and it's perfect for my daughter's bows and headbands.
