This is a seat belt buckle with seat belt clip, with ultra elastic webbing, I'm pretty flat, no real stomach or butt but if you use a belt to hold dickies carry cargo pants or carry keys and tools in the pockets, the belt needs to be adjusted approximately every 5 minutes to keep the pants taut. The way I haven't ripped this thing in half yet says it's pretty solid for a price well worth it.
