Anything that says it doesn't have sharp edges is a complete lie. The leaves themselves are smooth, but the stems, and especially the plastic leaves protruding everywhere, are thin plates. I was so excited to get this that I put it in my aquarium that night without checking again. My little one made his first foam nest yesterday, and today his fins are finely torn in several places up to the base of his body, as if they had been sharpened to a razor edge. I am writing this absolutely painful for my stomach. Please do not buy this plant. This is my first rooster and I bought him when he died and healed him to be healthy and happy again. and I trusted the branding and labeling and didn't run my fingers through all the edges because I trusted a highly rated product. I hate that I had to learn this lesson at his expense. I have no words. Answers that this is normal in angelfish etc. should be removed and this plant should be accompanied with plenty of warnings so that this does not happen to other animals. My heart is broken.
