Should have heated up the warnings in the reviews that one of them is left-handed for some reason. I figured it was just a rare manufacturer error. But it happened to me again in the mounting shaft so I couldn't screw it onto my master cylinder but I was able to take it apart and put the mirror on my shaft because the problem was in my mirror housing which broke bearing on my mirror. But of course you get what you pay for as a month later the mirror fell out of the housing and it was completely unusable but I was able to use a housing from another on my original OEM shafts to have two mirrors again. on my bike.
