You need to tie the letters together after you pierce the small holes and punch out the letters, then you need to thread the letters on the rope and tie the two strands together for hanging. It seems that the manufacturer could get more trim levels for this price. If I paid half the price and did the work myself I would be happier with this product. Small and light weight, so better for home decoration than street like I planned.
