I paint with diamonds and use them to organize my diamond drill bits in a large binder. The organization system is really handy because I can see all the colors clearly and scroll down what I want. What annoyed me the most was that regular baseball card holders with a flap would sometimes drop my drill bags. So I bought them with a top flap and side sleeves to keep my pockets from falling out of the sleeves. They are very efficient and keep all my drills securely in their pockets. My only complaint is that it's a pain to load and I feel like it takes twice as long to fill the slots. At least it's better than having my drill bag slip out of my sleeve.
