I gave this mug to my friend for his birthday. I was concerned when I ordered it because you never know how mugs ordered online will arrive. I was positively surprised! The enamel is a bit thinner than I expected but so far it has held up well to my whiskey and soda lover. The letter seems to be holding up well as you can see in the picture. It had been used several times a day since it had been given to him a week ago. I was already happy with my purchase when the company contacted me to make sure the mug arrived intact and met my expectations. This impressed me even more because it wasn't a regular product like mine and the owner seems genuinely interested in solving problems. I didn't have them but am very confident for future purchases.
